I hereby certify upon Oath, that Messrs Kipling and Addison lost by the late Floods, in the River North Tyne, a quantity of Oak, Ash, Elm, Alder and Birch Wood to the value of Thirty Pounds and upwards and that I had the care and management of the said Wood so lost, which makes me certain of such loss, as Witness my hand This day of 1772 Sworn and subscribed by the said William Pearson the day and year above written before me
