I The Reverend George Busby Minister of the parish of
Hexham within mentioned do hereby Certify that I believe the
within named Edward Forster and also the several persons
whose names are subscribed to the above written Certificate to
be very honest People and that the within written account
and estimate is a true and moderate one As Witness my
hand this eleventh day of January 1772
