| I Nicholas Walker of Hexham in ye County of Northumberland | ||||
| being sick in body but of perfect memory blessed be God doe mak[e] | ||||
| & ordain this my last Will & Testament in manner & forme | ||||
| following First I give my soule to Almighty God firmly beleiveing | ||||
| through ye mercy laid up in Jesus Christ to have a free & perfect | ||||
| remisson of all my sins for which I am from ye bottom of my heart | ||||
| penitent And as for my worldly Estate which God hath been | ||||
| pleased to bestow upon me I give & bequeath as follows First | ||||
| I give unto my son Edward my now dwelling house with all my | ||||
| Tanning fats* & that close or parcell of ground called ye Burridge | ||||
