| Carr his heires & Ass should stand & be Seized of all | ||||
| & singular the pmisses in ye sd in part recited Surrendr | ||||
| menconed to ye uses intents & purposes therein after | ||||
| menconed (that is to say) to ye use & behoofe of ye sd John | ||||
| Carr his heires & Assignes for & untill ye sd Timothy | ||||
| Johnson his heires, Execs Adms & Assignes or some | ||||
| of them should well & truly pay or cause to be paid | ||||
| unto ye sd John Carr his Execs Adms or Assignes the | ||||
| whole & just sume of Fifty pounds of lawfull English | ||||
