| In the Name of God Amen I James Watson of | ||||
| Hexham in ye County of Northumberland Dyer being sick & weak | ||||
| in body but of sound & perfect memory praise be God for it, Doe | ||||
| make this my last Will & Testamt in mann & forme followeing | ||||
| Revokeing & hereby annulling all former & other Wills & Testamts | ||||
| by me made either by word or writeing And first I comend my | ||||
| soul into ye hands of Almighty God my Creat hopeing assuredly | ||||
| through ye merritts Death & passion of Jesus Christ my savio | ||||
| & Redeem to obtaine full pardon & remission of all my sinns | ||||
| & to inherit eternall life And my body to ye earth from whence | ||||
| it came to be buried in such Decent & christian mann as by | ||||
| my Exec.ix hereafter named shall be thought fitt and | ||||
| convenient And as for such worldly Estate as it hath | ||||
| pleased Almighty God to bestow upon me I give and | ||||
| Dispose thereof as followeth; Item I give & Devise unto | ||||
| my loveing Sone John Watson his Exec Adms & Ass | ||||
| All my right Title interest & forme of yeares wch I have | ||||
| yet to come & unexpired of in & to all ye Dye house scituate | ||||
| standing & being near Hexham Tyne Mills; Item I give | ||||
| & bequeath unto my loveing Daughter Elizabeth Watson | ||||
| the sume of Two hundred pounds of lawfull English | ||||
| money to be pd by my Exec hereafter named within Six | ||||
| Monthes next after my sd Daughter shall attaine to | ||||
| ye Age of one & twenty yeares or be married whether shall | ||||
| first happen for her filial porcon; Item I give legate & | ||||
| bequeath unto my loveing Daughter Jane Watson the | ||||
| sume of one hundred pounds of lawfull English money | ||||
| to be paid by my Exec. hereafter named within Six | ||||
| Monthes next after my sd Daught shall attaine the | ||||
| Age of One & twenty yeares or be married wheth | ||||
