| In the Name of God Amen I Elizabeth Teasdale | ||||
| of Light Shield in ye. parish of Allendale and County of $Northumb'land$ | ||||
| widdow being weak in Body but of sound and perfect mind and memory | ||||
| Praise be therefore given to Almighty God doe make and ordaine | ||||
| this my last Will and Testament, in manner and form following (That | ||||
| is to say) First and Principally I Commend my soul into the hands | ||||
| of Almighty God, hopeing through ye. meritts, Death and passion of | ||||
| my saviour Jesus Christ to have full and free pardon and | ||||
| forgiveness of all my sins, and to inherit everlasting life, and my | ||||
| Body I commit to the Earth, to be decently buried at the discrecon | ||||
| of my Executor hereafter named and as touching the disposition of | ||||
| such Temporall Estate Goods and Chattells as it hath pleased | ||||
| Almighty God to bestow upon me I give and dispose thereof as | ||||
| followeth. Imp: I Give to my son William A Cow and Fourteen | ||||
| Wether Sheep. Item I Give to my son Hugh A White faced Cow | ||||
| All the rest and residue of my personall Estate Goods and Chattells | ||||
| moveable and Immoveable whatsoever I doe give and bequeath | ||||
| unto my loveing Daughter Margaret Teasdale and doe make her | ||||
| my full and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament | ||||
| and doe revoke disannull and make void all former Wills and Testaments | ||||
