| the County of Northumberland yeom being sick & weak in | ||||
| Body but of sound and perfect memory praised be God for it | ||||
| doe make and ordaine this my last Will & Testament in | ||||
| manner and forme following (that is to say) First I commend | ||||
| my Soule into the hands of Almighty God my Creatr hopeing | ||||
| assuredly through the meritts Death & passion of Jesus | ||||
| Christ my Saviour and Redeemer to obtaine full & free | ||||
| pardon of all my sinns and to inheritt Eternall life And my | ||||
| body I give to the Earth from whence it came to be buried | ||||
| in such decent & Christian manner as by my Executrix | ||||
| hereafter named shall be thought fitt & convenient And as | ||||
| for such worldly Estate as it hath pleased Almighty God to | ||||
| bestow upon me I give and dispose thereof as followeth | ||||
| Item I Give and bequeath unto my sonns William Hinde | ||||
| James Hinde and Richard Hinde and to each and every of | ||||
| them the sume of Thirty pounds of lawfull English money | ||||
| to be payd them with Interest for the same by my | ||||
| Executrix hereafter named as they shall severally and | ||||
| respectively attaine the Age of One and Twenty Years | ||||
| Item all the rest of my Goods and Chattells moveable | ||||
| and immoveable I Give and bequeath unto my loveing | ||||
| wife Dorothy whom I doe hereby nominate and appointe | ||||
| Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament And | ||||
| I doe hereby revoke and annull all former and other | ||||
| Wills and Testaments by me made either by word or | ||||
| writeing In Witnesse whereof I have hereunto | ||||
