| 1694: I John Robson of Hexham in ye County of Northumbland Glover | ||||
| being sick of body but of good & Pfect memory (praised be God) Doe | ||||
| make Constitute Ordaine & appoint this my last Will & testamt | ||||
| in manner & form following Revokeing & annulling by these psents | ||||
| all & every Testamt & Testamts Will & Wills by me made either | ||||
| by Word or Writeing, & this to be my last Will & testament | ||||
| & none Other: And first being penitent & Sorry from ye bottom | ||||
| of my heart for my Sinns past Most Humbly begging forgivenesse | ||||
| for ye Same: I give & comitt my Soule to Almighty God my | ||||
| Saviour & Redeemer in whom & by ye meritts of |

| Christ my Saviour I believe assuredly to be saved & to have full | ||||
| remission & forgivenesse of all my Sinns & my body to be buryed | ||||
| in Hexham Church Yard in such decent manner as it shall | ||||
| seem good to my Exr hereafter menconed: Item I give Unto | ||||
| my Son Robt Fifteen pounds to be payd him by my Execatrix | ||||
| two Years after my Decease: Item to Wm Oliphants Wife | ||||
| Elizabeth my daughter ten pounds to be payd her* at ye Expiracon of three | ||||
| Years after at two severall paymts Item to my Son John | ||||
| Twenty Nobles to be pd ye Year after hee is loose from his trade | ||||
| Item to my Son Joseph, twenty nobles to be pd him within | ||||
| a year after hee is loose from his trade: Item I give to my | ||||

| dwelling house for her life with room for a Cow to stand in | ||||
