| And be it further Enacted | ||||
| That the said County of Northum | ||||
| berland shall from henceforth be and | ||||
| is hereby declared to be freed discharged | ||||
| and exonerated from rebuilding and | ||||
| repairing the said Bridge so built | ||||
| or caused to be built by the said | ||||
| Henry Errington across the said | ||||
| River Tyne and that the same | ||||
| shall not be hereafter taken or deemed | ||||
| or considered to be or to have been | ||||
| a County Bridge or a Bridge to be | ||||
| repaired rebuilt maintained or | ||||
| kept in repair as a County Bridge | ||||
| & also freed & exonerated from the | ||||
| repairing or supporting the Roads | ||||
| or Avenues leading to the said Bridge | ||||
| and | ||||
