| morning on the Equity reserved, when the Chanc'r decreed the | ||||

| in Equity. On its being mentd to the Chr that the Time | ||||
| was too short for Mr E. to raise the money, he said that | ||||
| he could not suppose that the Defendts woud be pressing | ||||
| If they should an Appln might be made to the Court to | ||||
| enlarge the Time. I am Dr Sir | ||||
