| and that he the sd Hy did undertake and promise in | ||||
| manner and form as the sd Gawen Aynsley John | ||||
| Tweddell and Bacon Wm Wastell have above thereof | ||||
| complained against |

| Henry further says that the sd Gawen Aynsley | ||||
| John Tweddell and Bacon William Wastell and | ||||
| other the Inhabitants of the sd County of Northland | ||||
