| I have receiv'd both your | ||||
| letters for which I am much oblig'd to you | ||||

| Sr Willm Middleton thought it right to defer it | ||||
| till after the Hollidays, and there was no poss | ||||
| ibility of objecting to it on my part tho very | ||||
| disagreeable to me, the instant the bill was | ||||
| printed it was presented, so that it was not | ||||
| in my power to prevent Mr Troward having | ||||
| copies of it as soon as I had myself, I will | ||||
| take care to give you the very earliest notice | ||||
