Testament and desire their care advice and assistance to my said | ||||
wife in the prudent conduct and management of her Affairs | ||||
And my Will & pleasure is that if my said wife shall dye before | ||||

the said severall & respective Legacyes ⁁ be paid to my said | ||||
Children or any of them that then my said Supervisors shall take | ||||
upon them the Burthen and Charge of seeing this my last Will | ||||
and Testament duely performed And I make them my Executs | ||||
after her Death for ye sole use benefitt and advantage of | ||||
my said Children Fenwick Downes and Shaftoe Downes & seeing | ||||
the said Hundred pounds paid to my said Daughter Frances | ||||

Carpenter being sick and Weak in body but of sound & perfect | ||||
memory praised be God for it doe make constitute ordaine | ||||
& declare this my last Will and Testament in manner & forme | ||||
following Revokeing & by these presents annulling all former | ||||
& other Wills and Testaments by me made either by word or | ||||
writeing Impss. I commend my Soule into the hands of Almighty | ||||
God my Creator hopeing by the meritts Death and passion of | ||||
Jesus Christ my only Saviour and Redeemer to have full | ||||
pardon and remission of All my sinns and to inheritt eternall | ||||
life and my body to the Earth from whence it came to be | ||||
buryed in such decent and Christian manner as by my Exs. | ||||
hereafter nominated & appointed shall be thought fitt & | ||||
convenient And for the worldly Estate which it hath pleas’d | ||||
