| that this my last Will & Testament be well truley and honestly pformed | ||||
| according to the intent and meaning thereof And that whereas I have | ||||
| by surrender at Hexham Court surrendered to my sonn Wm Kell | ||||
| certaine Lands in Wall aforesaid with a Provisoe therein contained | ||||
| that the Yearly sume of Tenn pounds be payd to him for ye Tearm | ||||
| of six Years immediately after my decease my Mind and Will is that | ||||
| ye said John Lee and Wm Lee doe Yearly receive the said sume of | ||||
| Tenn pounds for ye use and in trust for my said sonn William Kell | ||||
| and thereof to dispose to his best advantage and ye same soe by |

| them received to pay over to my said sonn or his Assignes at one whole | ||||
| and intire payment or such securityes as they have received for | ||||
| ye same within ye space of Tenn Weekes next after the End and | ||||
| Expiration of the said Tearm of six Years as abovesaid Item I doe | ||||
