| Almighty God for ye same doe make and declare my last Will ⁁ | ||||
| in manner and forme following (that is to say) I give and | ||||
| bequeath my Soul to Almighty God my Creatour hopeing | ||||
| through ye meritts of Jesus Christ my Redeemer to have | ||||
| full and free pardon of all my sins and my body I committ | ||||
