| It seems to me under the circumstances | ||||
| stated highly improper – both in respect to Mr | ||||
| Errington & to the County that the Bridge shod | ||||
| be rebuilt but as the Agreemt with Mr Errington | ||||
| has been confirmed by Act of Parliamt & the | ||||
| Bridge thereby declared a Public Bridge & as | ||||
| such to be supported [by?] the County after the | ||||
| expiratn of Mr Erringtons obligats [??] | ||||
| agreement which will expose the County to | ||||
| prosecutions I think the only effectual measure | ||||
| to be taken for the mutual benefit of Mr | ||||
| Errington & the County is by another act | ||||
| of parliamt discharging Mr Errington from | ||||
| the performce of the Agreement upon such terms | ||||
| as the justices assembled at a Genl Quarter | ||||
| Sessions shall think reasonable & discharging | ||||
| the County from the obligns of maintg a Bridge | ||||
| imposed upon them by the act of parliament | ||||
